Countdown to James Horner Blogathon

My 1st blogathon: Remembering James Horner, begins in 24 days and I am so excited!! As of right now, here is the current roster:

Film Music Central: Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan (1982)

Kim@Tranquil Dreams: Once Upon a Forest

Emmakwall: Jumanji (1995)

Prime Six: Avatar (2009)

Christina Wehner: Cocoon (1985)

The Cinematic Frontier: The Rocketeer and Willow

Crystal: Titanic (1997)

Rogue_5: Patriot Games

Renate (Popcorn and Film): The Amazing Spider-Man

Plain, Simple Tom: An American Tail

Movierob: Glory (1989), Bicentennial Man (1999), The Perfect Storm (2000)

It’s not too late to sign up if you’re interested. Any film with a score by James Horner (excluding those already selected) is fair game, you can talk about the music and the movie, or just the movie, whatever you prefer. You can find the original sign up sheet attached to this blog post here . (Or leave a comment on this post  naming which film you’d like).

Since the group is so small, I haven’t assigned a specific day for any of the films to be posted, so any time between the 24th and 26th of June, be sure to tag my blog in your post so I can keep track of who has posted 🙂

See you all in a few weeks! -Bex 🙂

Oo this looks very fun! May I have The Amazing Spider-Man? If I understood correctly, I would write a post about either the music, the movie or both on my blog either 24th, 25th or 26th? I love that you chose to do this kind of thing! 🙂

Hi, sorry I couldn’t answer sooner. I unfortunately have to decline this one, I’m already committed to a number of blogathons and I don’t feel comfortable adding more right now, but thanks for the info!
